金屬材料背景的人才團隊
合金材料是由兩種以上的金屬元素或非金屬元素結合而成,並具有金屬特性的材料。工業中最廣泛應用的為鐵基合金,包含鑄鐵、碳鋼、不鏽鋼、雙向不鏽鋼…等,常用於一般等級的應力、溫度、腐蝕環境。當工作環境變得嚴苛,鐵基合金將不符合使用要求,鎳基及鈷基合金可能會是提升使用壽命、性能,同時節省成本(減少工件檢修次數)的更好的選擇。我們會根據每一種使用環境進行針對性的材料選用,秉持材料沒有好壞的區分,只有適當與否的原則提供客戶最專業的建議。
普通的腐蝕環境包括氧化氣氛腐蝕、海水腐蝕,而嚴苛的工業腐蝕環境包括強酸強鹼的氧化性及還原性腐蝕、鹵素離子引起的應力腐蝕及孔蝕、高溫腐蝕、硫化、碳化、氮化…等,都有相對應的耐蝕合金可供選擇。若是使用了錯誤的材料,使用壽命可能相差到萬倍以上,甚至可能導致工安問題。
意鑫提供的耐蝕合金選擇包括:
高溫材料的選用十分複雜,需要考慮多種復合因素,包括高溫氧化、高溫腐蝕、高乘載、磨耗、熱應力…等。各種特殊的環境都需要搭配最適當的耐高溫合金,才能達到成本及性能的需求。意鑫提供多種耐高溫合金供客戶使用:
耐磨合金應用於具有磨料的使用環境,這類合金通常使用強化基地相及析出硬化相兩種方式來提高耐磨性能,一般常用工具鋼、高錳鋼、耐磨碳鋼作為耐磨材料。但當工作環境變得複雜,同時需要耐磨、耐蝕甚至耐溫性能時,意鑫則有更多不同的合金材料提供客戶做選擇:
