Alloys
Alloys are materials that combine two or more metal elements or non-metal elements and exhibit metallic properties. The most widely used in the industry is iron-based alloys, including cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, two-way stainless steel…etc., which are often used in general-level loading, temperature, and corrosive environments. When the working environment becomes harsh, iron-based alloys will not meet the requirements for use. Nickel-based and cobalt-based alloys may be better choices to improve service life and performance, which may also save costs (reduce maintenance times) at the same time.

Common corrosive environments include oxidizing atmosphere and seawater corrosion, while harsh industrial corrosive environments include oxidizing and reducing corrosion of strong acids and alkalis, stress corrosion and pitting corrosion caused by halogen ions, high-temperature corrosion, vulcanization, and carbonization. TCA has the ability to offers corresponding corrosion-resistant alloys to resist severe working environments.

The selection of heat-resistant materials is very complicated, and multiple complex factors need to be considered. Various environments require appropriate alloys to meet the cost and performance requirements. TCA provides a variety of heat-resistant alloys for customers:

Wear-resistant alloys are used in environments with abrasives. It is common to use tool steel, high manganese steel, and wear-resistant carbon steel as wear-resistant materials. But when the working environment becomes complicated and requires wear resistance, corrosion resistance and even heat resistance, TCA is able to provide more diversified alloys for customers:
