專業技術團隊
意鑫的全體同仁約莫為百餘人，其中包含多位材料科學及機械工程的碩、博士專業人員。主要投入於生產製造的研究開發，以及提供客戶適當的材料選擇與機械設計之相關建議。因此，我們同時擁有專業的生產技術及工程統整能力。
重視人才培養
意鑫重視內部同仁的技術培養，多位同仁在就職期間通過專業培訓，取得國家認證的技術執照。除了技術培育之外，我們還提供在學識表現上優秀的同仁在職進修的機會。目前已有若干位同仁在就職數年後申請上國內頂尖大學(清華大學、中央大學)的碩士及博士班入學資格，並取得學位回來繼續任職。意鑫希望從工業實務及學術理論兩個方面來提高競爭力，在提升公司自身能力的同時，也為國內工業水平盡一份心力。
Professional Technical Team
TCA has nearly 100 employees, including numerous engineers possessing Master and PhD degree in materials science or mechanical engineering. Most of the technical employees mainly focus on research and development of manufacturing, and provides customers with advice on suitable material selection and mechanical design. That is to say, we have both professional production techniques and engineering integration capabilities.
Personnel Training
TCA attaches great importance to the technical training of our employees. Many colleagues have passed professional training during their inauguration and obtained state-certified technical licenses. In addition to technical training, we also provide in-service educational programs for colleagues with outstanding academic performance. At present, several colleagues have applied for admission to the master and doctoral programs of top domestic universities (National Tsinghua University, National Central University) after working for several years, and have returned to continue their employment after obtaining their degrees. TCA hopes to enhance its competitiveness from two aspects of industrial practice and theoretical knowledge.
