Founded in 1984, TCA is a manufacturer specializing in customization of special alloys. We manufacture alloy mechanical components of various specifications, sizes and materials required by customers, including various OEM, ODM equipment, components and series of special alloy valves, such as ball valves, gate valves, check valves, ball plug valves, vessel bottom valve, sampling valve and needle valve, etc.

Our feature is to provide professional consulting services and selection solutions related to material science for various use environments (high temperature, corrosion, wear). In addition to the selection of general commercial alloys, customized alloy design and manufacture can also be carried out according to the actual use conditions of customers, thereby improving the service life of components and equipment operation efficiency.

Our alloy products are mainly divided into three categories: nickel-based, iron-nickel-based, and cobalt-based. They exhibit superior high-temperature strength, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high-temperature oxidation resistance, and carbonization resistance. It is generally used as the core components of key equipment in petrochemical, chemical, fertilizer, steel, aerospace, marine, environmental protection, power generation and semiconductor industries. Our main customers include nearly 100 manufacturers and research institutions such as Formosa Plastics Group, China National Petroleum Corporation, Taiwan Electric Power Company, and corporations located in Japan, Europe, USA, and Southeast Asia. We are also committed to basic research in materials science, and actively cooperate with top universities, including National Taiwan University, National Tsinghua University and Central University.
