Founded in 1984, TCA is a specialized manufacturer of custom-engineered components made from advanced alloys.
We produce a wide range of alloy mechanical parts tailored to specific customer requirements, including various OEM and ODM equipment and components.
What sets TCA apart is our deep expertise in material science and our ability to provide professional consulting and tailored material selection solutions for demanding environments. Beyond conventional commercial alloys, we also offer customized alloy design and manufacturing based on actual operating conditions, enhancing both component longevity and equipment performance.
Our alloy products fall into three primary categories: nickel-based, iron-nickel-based, and cobalt-based alloys. These materials offer exceptional resistance to high temperatures, corrosion (acid and alkali), wear, oxidation, and carburization. As a result, they are widely used in critical components for industries such as petrochemical, chemical processing, fertilizer production, steel manufacturing, aerospace, marine, environmental protection, power generation, and semiconductors.
Our client base includes nearly 100 manufacturers and research institutions worldwide, including Formosa Plastics Group, China National Petroleum Corporation, and Taiwan Power Company, with partnerships extending across Japan, Europe, the United States, and Southeast Asia. We are also actively engaged in fundamental materials research, collaborating closely with leading academic institutions such as National Taiwan University, National Tsing Hua University, and National Central University.
